What are the most common questions that get asked over & over again on this bbs without doing a search?

Let's limit it to questions that would actually be answered by a search - there are a few queries that have never been answered.

These are the ones that might get priority to be added to the wiki first.

Here are a few candidates:

What oil should I use?

What's the best tire (usually w/o giving the wheel size!)?

What transmission oil should I use?

How do I operate the heater controls?

Can I fit 993 brakes on my early S?

Wheel fitment (ie will 15x8s fit under my narrow body?)
Fuse and relay identifications (or why wont my car start?)
Brake fitment (hub/rotor/caliper/wheel size)
Sparkplugs
K&N Filters
How hot is too hot?
Valve adjustments (how often, how hard, etc)

Tail or no tail?

"How can I tell if my fuchs are real?"

"How do I get lizards out of my garage?" :)

The most threads I see popping up in 911Tech are variants of: "Best ***" and "Show me your ***"

"Best front shot..."
"Best rear shot..."
"Show me your narrow body, backdated, RS-clone 964s!"

Here is a perrenial winner .....

I just checked my oil and it was low. I added a couple of quarts and now my car is smoking really bad. What is wrong?

Seriously, there are probably as many questions about the 915 shifting as any topic.

Starter problems.

"Have you conducted a search on the subject at hand?"... :)

Yea, I forgot about A/C upgrade questions. R-12 or R-134a and A/C is a common thread. It would be great to see all those questions in a list and the answers right there. Good post for the WIKI.

- How do I adjust my CIS/Webers?
