wheels and tires
The wheels on rear now are 13" width but have 7"inch inners and 6" outers. Probably need the reverse with a 6" inner 7" outer, possibly a 5" and 8" will fit. Don't want to go more than 13" rear because then its affecting gearing. These wheels were for rolling purpose anyway. Whats wild is that is a 12.5" wide tire on front, can't turn wheel. Front flares were only designned for a 9.5 to 10.5 width tire so have to play around with rims on front as well and get some narrower tires.

rear seat area
Kroggers, I will post some more pics of rear seat area. Thinking of doing more mods to move air filter from engine bay to rear seat area and feed air from naca ducts in the quarter windows . Using the early 934-930 tail has little space for intercooler and the stock filter on 930 take up alot of space. I know change to tail made for large IC, that would be too easy, maybe one of you guys has a watercooled 934 engine laying around, oh well could'nt afford that option anyway.

I like the air intake idea. How are you going to ensure water does not enter the engine via the naca ducts as well. You will have to design a way to ensure the water is drained out and not forced into the engine as well. Looking forward to detailed development on this one if you go down that road... Cool, what are you going to use the two remaining holes for?

I have often wondered if dakota digital could make up digital gauges that would fit in the stock holes. Your concept is cool and unique.

Slow Progress
What 4 months since I posted anything, well progress has been slow messing with rim widths and deciding on tires and so forth. Did get a 4 gal Peterson tank, cut out in smuggler box to accomodate. Still need to clean up around cuts and do some metal work. Kind of in that mode of a lot of different little things to do.
![]() Cutting and fitting this tank in was not as bad as I thought it would be. I like this tank over the square configuration, it comes apart is a plus. ![]() Any thoughts on these rocker panels , I like the look without and when or if they get damaged the rockers are a pain to line up with flares. Guess it lends to the 934.5 look without the rockers. More fiberglass work, excellant!!!!! ![]() Without rocker panels ![]() |

From white to brite
Choosing a color was a tough decision. Orange colors are my favorite like continental, signal, tangerine and so on; and since Haloween is almost here meet the turbo pumpkin, GT3 orange got the nod.
![]() Hood and fenders are obviously not gapped out yet, Michael is still doing a little more work to the fiberglass flares to get them right. ![]() Now thats a paint booth!!!!!!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

tadman: Looks like your front spoiler has the same problem mine had, that it doesn't blend with the flairs. I had to graft the sides on.

Hey Robert hows the engine coming? The flares are not on in pic but yes, alot of extra work was spent to get a good fit , mostly where the front fender flare meets the front valence and rubber accordin piece.

Got the heads back done right this time. They didn't port the intakes large enough the first time. I should have it done this month. Hope to get a run in before the snows come.May come up your way.
