It's hard to answer without knowing what year car you have. On my 86 there are 2 AC relays, the round one on the fuse panel and one in the front of the smugglers box.

Front trunk under the carpet there is a lid with a simple latch that you twist so that you can open the lid.

The main AC power relay is inside the smuggler's box (feeds the fan switch on the dash). The relay on the fuse panel in the luggage compartment (I suspect it is the one closest to the front of the car) controls the fan on the front AC condenser.
