Photoshop filters
I had a couple of filters on photoshop today. First let me say I know nothing about art and second I know even less about photoshop. So, although that statement is 100% accurate............. I think I like these. I really do.
THIS FILTER IS CALLED FRESCO ![]() THIS FILTER IS CALLED WATER COLOR ![]() So, Do you like either of these? Which do you like best? ORIGINAL PHOTO

All filters on photoshop have "levels" and like most things should be used in moderation. I would turn down the levels on either filter. I think adjusting the lighting, hues, contrast, contrast, on the unfiltered photo will do wonders.

Most of these types of filters are way overused and, at least to my eyes, look hackneyed and cliche. Remember the Peter Frampton's "talk box"? I like the original - it's got a hazy look that looks as if it were shot on a really hot, humid summer evening. At most, I'd play with the colour balance to bring the yellows down a bit, but really nothing more.

I just messed with the watercolor, I like yours better than mine. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I like yours more now. Ha.

I was going for "artsy" with this vintage type painting in mind. Do you think it's goofy?
