Cam timing used the 16 hole / 17 hole and pin arrangement shown on the right hand cylinder bank

Bucket followers acting directly on valves shown on the left bank, with lash adjustment via small caps on the end of each valve stem.

Thanks! Beautiful diagram.

So valve adjustment was via different size 'caps' similar to the shims used in Ducati valve adjustment?
