The good news about problems that fix themselves is it requires no effort.

The bad news about problems that fix themselves you can’t do anything to prevent a reoccurrence.

How about an independent monitoring system (power, A/C and everything)? If nothing else, it gives you leverage to negotiate rates with PacBell. Ha
