Great to see a Hazet Assistent. Here's my poor-man's version (a modified Ikea kitchen cart).

Half a garage ?

This is what half a garage or more likely 3/5's of the garage cost looks like. The 87 is in the basement single at this moment back last winter. Starting to put the wooden part on top of this in a few weeks, done before winter so my wife can put the subaru in the basement. Its only 24 x 24 but will be nice enough for me. Heated garage is still available as needed.

I finally broke down and moved my tools from the house...1800sq.ft. and I can get to all my tools without having to move 400 things

Looks like you have plenty of room, how wide is your garage door? Looks huge, got a pic of the door closed?

The panorama effect does that but it is plenty big for now. The building is 30x63 and the door is 16' wide.

That is Armex abrasive for a soda blaster and also extra AO grit for the blast cabinet. I overbought soda for a project and I've been schlepping 1280lbs of it around for 6+ years.

The black turbo is my car, blue car we built to sell and red car is also a clients. Bought a 914 with some rust last week and that will be the next project build in between working on more customers cars.

Just an epoxied floor so far, but I'll clean the rest up one of these days.

Update from Post #244 above.

She's sitting outside right now in a light rain while the electricians hook up the building to my house and rough the garage. Not a huge garage but now everyone can stay out of the snow and the mice can stay dry. Need suggestions on something "large" and interesting decoration wise to put on that gable end that will make me smile when I drive up. Won't get sided till the spring, snow is coming soon. Like that epoxy floor, that'll be an idea for next summer.

I've been thinking about doing the same thing. As you know they're available in some great colours.

Does the Ikea cart hold up well? I thought it may have been a bit "light" for garage use.
