Help me verify wheel widths on BBS please?
I am looking at a set of BBS wheels for my 911 and want to be sure (since they are 3 piece) that they are the proper size. They did come from a 911 and I know the offset is correct, but want to be sure the widths are right.
The measurements were taken from the inside of the lip and are 7 and 8" respectively... Are these then 7 and 8" wheels? Thanks,

Chris,
BBS wheels have the dimensions and offsets stamped on the hubs. Different spots for the various models - on the 80s vintange RS models this is underneath the centercap. This is generally accurate - unless the wheels have done time on a race setup. For street use, few owners change the rim sizes once they have bought the wheels.
