Pelican Parts just cant get it......wrong

I've been ordering parts from this site for 6 years now, and everytime they get the order exactly right, no faulty or missing parts, the shipping is now $3 bucks for 3 day delivery to the east coast.

Yesterday I broke the coil on my Boxster (stipidity)....after a time of calling myself an "IDIOT" I came into the house to check on the part I needed, thinking it would be hundreds of dollars I was suprised to find it was only $40. Well, I thought maybe I would check at the local parts stores to see what they had, there price was $60 & $80 and the part would be here in two or three days.

So I ended up placing my order here at our host and paid for next day air, here is where I have the problem.... the part was at my house in 20 hours from the time I placed the order.......THAT IS NOT A FULL DAY ......remember I'm in south carolina, Pelican is in So Cal.

THE SERVICE JUST DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT......THANKS PELICAN PARTS

Pelican has great service. The one time I had a problem, a short phone call was all it took to get things right. They work hard to keep us happy.

The only I can complain about on Pelican is I wish the items listed in the catalog were more detailed. All the tech specs and stuff about the object.

Oh and the other thing to complain about is I don't like their stickers where half the car is cut off. I wanna see the whole car!

Other than that, awesome website and business!

These guys know how to take care of all of their customers, and whenever I have had a minor issue (RARE!!!!!!!) they treat me like I am their only customer.

Service like this is unbeatable.

And not just Porsche parts either. They've had parts for my BMW 528 and X5 available too. I was looking for the factory X5 transfer case fluid- $50 per liter (and you thought Swepco was expensive), dealer couldn't get it, the typical BMW supply houses couldn't get it. Wayne had it. Have to love great service.

I only order Porsche parts from Ians Euro Parts and Pelican Parts. Both have never let me down, neither have ever pointed me in the wrong direction and they both treat their customers right. Hats off to both of them. I tried a few other places over the years but have ended up sticking with both of them because the service has been outstanding.
