Very nice..., Just have a question, Why do you have 3 tail pipes, can you use just 2 on the back and cut one on the left? :-)

I have three pipes because based on the original muffler i want to have two sort of sound, one low for riding with wife and children, so the two back have cap . Second more ( very very more) soundness for riding with fellows and so no cap on the back. When it was finish i will make two vidéo with and without cap.

If I'm correctly informed, those mufflers were originally used on the 60's rally 911's, with the center outlets plugged for transport and only the side one plugged for the special stages. They sound glorious!

Oh, and terrific build! Loving it.

Thanks 1-ev, no flood, and in the north of France we are used to heavy rains and as this is a very flat area we have less flooding in regions very hilly.

Love this thread and build. If possible and you get a chance could you post the specifications and take some close up images of the rear headers and exhaust with both the bumper off and then again when you put the rear bumper on?

I'm really interested to see the result as I am repainting mine soon and will be changing the rear headers and exhaust and front and rear bumpers for IROC style ones..

Thanks for any info

Cheers Al

Is there a 'hard' deadline as to when you expect to enjoy the fruits of your labor? It's been a magnificent experience seeing the project come to life and many heartfelt congratulations on the incredible looking results!!!
