Good God, that is a tight space, it looks like similar work to the Breather Gasket job. Great, time to stick my big Buddha head back there again

Yea, right. It takes longer than that to get the carpets and the floor board out of the way.

One of the many jobs on my to-do list is replace the pedal bushings. I keep putting it off for some reason.

Oh no, not at the pedal but in the engine bay on top next to the Oil Breather below the Throttle Body.

At the Pedal and Bell housing are new.

If it were me, and I hate the tight spaces, I would drop the engine a few inches and get in there and pull the whole plate out. Replace the bushings on the bench and re-install.

Trying to avoid that but maybe a partial drop if push came to shove.

				Throttle plate Bushings

Don't drop the motor unless you feel the need . By the time you get the two mount bolts you could have lossened the one shaft bolt & removed the whole assembly . One tip for install ,Install inner bushing on the shaft & leave the outter bushing untill you insert the shaft in the first bushing .Now install the second bushing . Tighten the locknut , reinstall the linkage & Done Cake

Did mine on my SC in .5 hr . Nice & positive .Don't forget the rubber coupler bushing on the linkage, By the trans mount plate . Nice fix for less than $45 Draco : a little tougher on the 3.2

All is fresh except the Throttle Body Bushing and I suspect right below the TB the two bushings at $7.50 each
