Chain tensioner noise???

Hi,
The chain tensioners make really noise whenever I start engine in cold...and wait for about 5 to 10 minutes or engine is warm up and the noise is very low almost like normal. What is wrong? let me know...
Thanks
KP

Think I had the same problem, never figured it out. Does it sound almost like a rattle?

I had the same problem to and the cause was stretched timing chains.

Well it could be. But you will not know until there opened up. You may want to upgrade the Carrera Tensioners while you in there.

Beautiful Targa BTW

Sounds like impending disaster to me. Have you ever had those tensioners rebuilt? Do they have "chain saver" collars?
I would check it out before driving it again.
more info here Is this the sound of a failed tensioner?
