Help with CMA part load without protractors

Hi everybody, i've been today mkaing some adjustments according to CMA to my car.

I have found a place with a dynamometer which i can use for some time to make the part load adjustment.

As i said on posts before, i have a gunson gastester.

The main problem i have is i don't know how to put the throttle valve to the 9º degree the CMA specify.

I have made some tests and adjustments today with the car in 2nd gear on the dynamometer and at 3000RPM, and now the car is at: Part load: 6% CO, Idle: 6.5% CO, according to gunson gastester.

I know the CMA says at 2400RPM, but it says with the throttle angle, which i don't know how to reach.

What do you think of this method? is that right?

around 6% at idle and at 3k is pretty close. if it starts good and accelerates without any lag or flat spot, life is good. you could try it a tad leaner, but that often gets you a flat spot.

john, so 3000RPM is like 2500RPM under load?
