!@#$% Missed a harness during engine drop- is this available???
The perils of a one man drop and inexperience- I was not aware of an engine harness connector on the body, and now one half of it is shot. 86 Turbo
Does anyone know what this is called, what it does, and whether it is available from PP or elsewhere? Thanks ![]()

Engine wiring harness plug
If you can´t find them anywhere else, these 14-pin connectors are available here:

$50 screw up...not too bad.
Don't feel bad though...I don't think it's fully your fault. Every write up I've seen for dropping the engine forgets to mention this connector in the front. I got lucky and happened to see it as I was dropping the engine, otherwise I probably would have been in the same boat as you.

I you were going to break something, at least you broke something that can be replaced...and for not a lot of money.
I would still consider your drop a success. ![]()
