Anyone know what this is called or the part number?

The part pictured is the Turn Signal Indicator Light that plugs into the back of the Tachometer.
I need to order one of these but can not seem to find the part number. Pelican has nothing listed under Turn Signal Indicator Light and part number 999-632-009-10 which seems close says "5 required'. As far as I can tell, there are only two of these on the car for the Signal Light indicators on the dash in the Tach.

Thanks for any help.

Hmmmm ... "5 required" sounds like 2 turn signals and one each generator, oil press, and one more depending on the year. Maybe Oxygen sensor, or .... ?
