Part number for the rear windshield seal without groove for trim @ Pelican's

I have been reading around here that our host is selling a rear windshield seal without the groove for trim.

I have been searching on parts dept. but can't find it.

Can anyone help stating its part number?

Please inform.
Thanks

I haven't heard of this seal. The only one I know of is the OEM one that takes the trim pieces.

I think you're referring to a 964 seal. I'm not sure it fits but if it does it's a great
idea

Just to be warned, the 964 trim has been used with mixed results. Usually it requires being used with a 964 rear windshield also to fit successfully.

Thank you all for your help.

Well... if I have to buy a new rear windscreen from a 964, then it doesn't makes sense... This is for a competition car and the idea was to make it look more modern (and easier to work out), without a big investment...

Thanks anyway guys!

My 1989 911 Carrera uses that seal. I'll be going to the dealer on this replacement.

I didn't want trim in the front or rear window so I went through the same problems. I ended up putting 12 gauge wire in the groove, front and rear, to spread the rubber seal the same way the trim does. They've been in there for 2 years with no leaks and only cost me the wire. If your trim is in good shape, you can make money on it by selling them.

Did you cover the trim with any glue or something like that? If well applied, I think it could look well, no?
