JW,
My car came with the a front spoiler and no tail as well. I didn't notice how squirley it was untill I put a Duck-tail on my car. It's know much more planted at speed. I don't really notice the difference though untill I hit 70 mph or more. ------------------ Matt Chamblin 78 911 SC |

I had always thought the lower-speed (i.e. less than 75mph) instability was due to the problems these cars exhibit in crosswinds. Now I wonder.
Love that ducktail though. Pedestrians beware! Jw |

I've also been mulling about adding a ducktail to my SC, wondered if it would look good with the impact bumpers. Please post (or send) pics when you've finished with the installation. Cheers! ------------------ Mike Florendo '81 Ice Blue SC Coupe Pelican Page Porsche Owners Gallery Page |
