Thor,
I have a nice hot rod 2.7 w/EFI/MFI on the stand............but as much fun as that would be, I think the 912 will remain pure and simple.
Stop on by and check it out.

regards,
Al

Originally Aga blue, which is a great color combined with the chrome trim. Numbers matching, low miles, fairly rust free.....It's taken a minor hit or two and has received some questionable care. (The rubber trim between the fenders and cowl, bumpers and body, etc have been painted over, the dash has been recovered in bar stool material, etc.) I intend to take care of all of the usual stuff...tune up, brakes, lights...weld in the front pan (currently held in with big sheet metal screws) do the interior, etc. and make it into a nice driver. Like all of these early SWB cars...it's got something about it that I really like. As far as I can tell, it was bought at auction in 1999-2000 or so and at that time quite a bit of work was done (engine rebuild, etc.) Then, my doc bought it in 2009, trailered it home and drove it into the garage, where it remained, until i dragged it home the other day. It came with a couple of boxes of new and old parts, which for me is always fun to see what treasures there are inside!!!

regards,
al

PS: check out the original hood badge.
