Front Valance removal and side marker delete DIY

I just got my RUF style (aftermarket) front valance painted and did a search on how to remove the front valance (4 bolts) without pulling out the bumper blades. I also bought those rubber impact strip (euro option) to delete the side markers. My follow up question is with tires mounted, car on jack stands and valance out, can I easily remove the side markers underneath or I do really have to pull the bumper blades? I plan on doing the following:

1. Remove valance
2. Remove side markers and install rubber impact strip
3. Tap use day light wiring and bulb of the side marker unto my H4 housing
4. Install new valance

PS - I need recommendations how to mount my front plates since the valance did have provisions for front plate mounting. Since its polyurethane (flexible), I plan on drilling the valance or do you suggest a different direction so I do not touch the valance? Bracket going through the vents, maybe? Thanks

Thanks to PP the removal process of the bumper and valance was smooth and easy. We just followed steps on what was previously discussed here. The only obstacle we had was to fabricate brackets for the aftermarket valance. That took a while before we were able to mount it properly after some fitting and alignment issues. Since the bumpers were off, I had the time to install my side marker delete strips which I bought last year (lol). Moreover, the fog lights wouldn't sit well on the valance housing so we had to cut some polyurethane off of it. Lastly, it did not have front plate mountings so I had to fabricate a bracket hidden underneath the valance so I don't have to drill holes upfront.

final look

Did some re-alignments again on the new valance and finally got it straight (I think). So here is the final outcome in natural light. Took out the amber tint on the fogs to match the headlights. Looks sportier than the stock valance. I'll keep the stock valance should I decide to go to stock look.
