How easy is it to replace seals on engine mounted oil cooler?

Got a question..

How easy is it to replace the oil cooler seals - engine mounted cooler.

I've got the CIS removed for purposes of changing gasket on hell hole and other O-rings, crush washers, etc..

I'm running out of time and must have my car back on the road for Saturday car show. I already have the seals but I'm wondering what is involved in removing the cooler. I haven't yet removed any of the fan shroud and so I can't really see how that thing is connected. If it is as simple as removing the cover, and undoing a bracket, I can do it. Dropping the engine is a whole nother day's project. I don't even know if it leaks but this is a ....while I'm in there thing.

Thanks....Vern
