83 911 Production Cab #10
|
Let see, comes in pack of 4 but most people are running a 6...
Maybe they would sell 6 for $292.50, if not you need a group (of 2) buy. Maybe they don't fit where I think they were. Jim, please stop this ![]() ![]()

You beat me to it! I don't feel so bad about my garage now because it looks very similar. Maybe we should start a working-man's garage thread...

Thanks for hunting that down. Now that a source for the screens has been identified, removing one obstacle for this setup, I'll have to start giving this some serious thought. I think I remember reading some time ago that the individual air horn filters were more a little more restrictive on air flow than the K&Ns - anyone have any experience/data with this? Quote:
Only four would be needed (two per carb - two float bowls per carb). As you can see from Jim's picture, they fit between barrels 1&2, and 2&3.

What sort of Fuel pump did you have before you replaced it? Im running that same set up on my 2.7 and have the old style pump running up to my regulator.

How did the engine mod/clean up end? Any pics you care to share of the bay? Nice work, looks like a great driver.
