Hopefully Kyle is still around. It's been over a year now and I still love mine .
Almost to the point that Ive debated changing the attach to Velcro so I can remove it to keep people from trying to steal it when I leave the car unattended (Im joking about the Velcro however I have seen a few people look close at it then look around to see if any was watching as if they were going to try to see if they could acquire it by five finger discount) it's looks that good still and everyone comments on it !!! Hey I guess I actually have the prototype. If Kyle isn't making them anymore, I'll consider letting mine go for a mere 1 million. Ha ha. Not. Albeit, It is very true to form in the squarish Porsche font, other badges just look too square. Kyle did a great job putting just enough radius in the corners to give it that Porsche font look without it looking harshly square Seriously. I love mine, I can attest it hasnt tarnished a bit. Looks as good today as the day I got it. You spend all that time (in my case, 9 years) collecting parts, researching the specs on the real engines and engineering yourself the parts that can't be found in publication. machining and assembling yourself trying to match or exceed the real Rsrs performance when building that shuffle pinned high compression twin plug engine. And yes, when it's running, they hear it but it's nice to show what the hell it really is even thought they are going to ask anyway. You know?, you just want to badge it anyway with something accurate to what it is and with a product of quality that is equally worthy of the quality you put into your build. I'm surprised the factory kept the 2.7 badge on the 49 real 1973 RSRs I guess they weren't going to chance not qualifying for the homolgumation Hopefully you guys can locate him cause it's those little touches like this that start some of the best conversations at car events. And isn't that what it's all about? |
I Can supply you with the 3.2 within a month. Protoype is ready.

Hi guys! I apologize for not responding sooner!
Draden, your review is so very much appreciated, thank you! THAT is exactly why we do this. From gear head to gear head, it's the details that make it. Thank you so much! Yes, our website is 'down'. I've been putting most of my time into social media; the links are on the site, it's mostly for photo and finishing preference reference, some fun car videos peppered throughout. Badges are still available, any designation you would like. Our pieces are of metal, not plastic or composite, and receive powder coating or hand buffing/polishing for durability and aesthetics alike. Every order is made to order so it's hard to set up a store online, plus I prefer personal communication to ensure client satisfaction and FAQ response as timely as possible. I genuinely thank all of you for your interest and support! I love doing this, and most of that is because of how much you love our work. It's a lot of fun, you should check out our other designs for other makes! Pretty cool stuff! Cheers gents, enjoy the season! Kyle Kyle@rebadge.com 9736342664. Here is a shot of a few different engine sizes. The backers are aluminum and powder coated black, with stainless steel mounting studs pressed in the back; the numbers and periods are brushed stainless steel, attached with 3m double sided tape designed specifically for car emblems. Enjoy!
