Wait til you see the final product. It's been 4 months working out the details to get it perfected. You guys won't have to wait like that. I just really was interested in giving him time to develop it and wow was it worth it. the badges are so perfect the font, size quality etc and trust me when I say his work is better than any previous photo seen on this site. Again I hope he posts the picture of the one he is sending me. It looks awesome.

Any news on the updated design with the rear mounting studs?

I agree, Draden, that one looks "right". If I didn't already have my 3.2 emblem from the prior supplier, I would buy one like that in a heartbeat.

Hi guys. Thank you for the kind words Draden! I'm very happy you love it!

Yes, the new design is ready to go; I will be getting pricing on incorporating the rear studs within the next week or two. As soon as I have that info I will let you all know.

Cheers!
Kyle

Just got my badges from Kyle at Rebadge and had to lay them on the deck lid.
Great quality and interpretation of my back of the envelope design.
Kyle was easy to work with-many thanks.

Hi guys. I'm finalizing fabrication and pricing on embedded stud mounts, but I could use a little help.
Would someone please be able to provide spacing/ layout location of the OE studs? I want to make sure that our spacing is perfectly matched for the grilles, and there are no issues when mounting them where they belong. Any help is much appreciated!

anglophone1 02-25-2015 08:31 AM

Rebadge- sent you a PM.

Rebadge.com 03-05-2015 01:43 PM

Anglophone you have been contacted, thank you!

I'm still looking for stud spacing on the back of the badges. I should have pricing and lead time next week, and I'd like to know exactly how to set them up. Thank you to anyone who can help!

Hi guys. I have the green light from a second shop to incorporate mounting studs.

I need to know grille slat spacing so I know how to machine the studs and imbed them properly. If anyone is available to measure and provide this information it will be a huge help!
Thank you in advance for your time, gentlemen!

Plastic engine grill as used from mid-70s through '89 measures 11.96mm slat spacing on my cheap HF digital micrometer. That would be a really snug fit, so I'd go a touch smaller than that, maybe 11.5mm.

techweenie 04-06-2015 07:19 PM

Any plans for a 3.4 badge?

;-)
