What to do about foglight mounting points after removing foglights?
Hi guys - my '74 was updated to look like an SC and I am slowing getting her back to how she looked from the factory. My front valence has the empty fog light openings still and wondering how I should seal those up. It appears my valance was updated to a later one since the fog light mounting points are stamped into the metal.
Any ideas to pass along? Thanks!

I'm planning on ditching my fogs. Think the option is to either buy a different valance (sans holes), or weld them up (which I plan on doing).

Hi Todd, thanks for the note.
Wondering if there is a middle ground to seal them up but not weld them closed in case a future owner wants them or I change my mind...

Install some perforated metal grilles and direct the airflow to the fender oil cooler if you have one.
There are older posts around where this was done. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I would search for a new valence. They are not too expensive and I've seen them on the classifieds and eBay for about $100.
