Difficulty of replacing a dash pad?

My paint on my car was pretty bad, it was starting to lift underneath, so I took it in for a glass out doors off paint job.

While I was in there , the headliner needs to be redone and it had a small hairline crack in the dash, that I hoped could be repaired. Well that small crack is now a long thin crack!

I'm having a vinyl repair guy look at it today, but a need dash pad is probably in my future.

What I want to know is how hard is it to take off the old dash pad and replace it?

Is the re-gluing very difficult?

If you are refering to the dash top, I remember a few years back when I removed it from my 1970 911T, there were some nuts (9 or 10mm) that needed to be removed. Here is a picture of the underside a dash top, showing these bots.

No I have got that, actually there is thread on my exact dash and the location of the bolts and the snaps.

What I'm wondering about is the actual recovering of the dash.

That is what I'm hoping for right there!

I just want to drive my car, I missed out on the whole fall driving season.
