Is that took kit really worth the price.

If your car is worth 150k plus and is all original, minus tool kit... Maybe.
If you have a generic 911 and need a wrench or two... No. |

If your car is at Pebble Beach or Amelia Island, a correct tool kit can be the difference in winning your class or just being there.

You could ask the same question regarding early air cooled Porsches...or used Rolexes...same answer, if a buyer and seller agree then Yes, it's worth it.

People are paying stupid money for cars they'll never drive. So I reckon we should expect them to pay equally stupid money for tools they'll never use.

Well,
When you spend $10,000,000 buying a Ferrari 250, you will not care that the tool kit is $30,000. Yes, you read that right. It is 1 followed by 7 zeros.
