Show Me Your Non-Fuchs Wheels
I know it's heresy, but I have Fuchs and don't really care for them.
Do you have non-Fuch's wheels on an older Porsche? If so, please post pics as I'd love to see them! Also, if you have an opinion about them (whether they were worth the expense, any problems with the finish, etc) that would be helpful, too.

Maybe some brands might help your search?
Try for Ruf Spedlines, bbs LM, fikse fm5 or fm10. Those are some of my favorites for an older 911.

Well, a bunch of pictures, yet we still have seen nothing that looks better than the factory Fuchs.

I beg to differ... The factory Fuchs are FUGLY!!! The only vehicle I will ever own that will have those on is my split window bus. The Cup 1's are a way more attractive factory wheel.

A PO who will go unnamed *cough*Leland*cough* sold my Fuchs to buy non-Fuchs. Right now I'm running Design 90's. The price was right and they are only about 11 years wrong.

I have a set of 16-7/8 Phone Dials too. Early offset.
Prefer them over the 16-6/7 Fuchs. In particular the 16-6" Fuchs is unattractive due to the large vertical section between the spokes and the rim. Quote:
