What year car did these calipers come from?

As the title says. Looks like I have early suspension but later calipers. Any idea what year car they are from?
I want to rebuild them but not sure of what parts to buy.

They look like front carrera calipers because of the spacer.

I thought I had seen Bill post at one point about dates calipers. I didn't find it with a quick search, but here's his reference sheet with measurements. This will let you figure it out for sure:

It's an A front, all have 3.5" mounts and 48mm pistons.

if the spacer between the 1/2s is 7mm they are off a '76 thru '83SC or Carrera w/ a 20mm rotor

if the spacer is 11.3mm they are off of a '84 thru 89 Carrera, still have the same 48mm pistons but the rotor is 24mm thick

They look identical to my 1984 Carrera calipers.

But listen to Bill, he is the total master when it comes to this stuff!

Ok. Looks like the spacers front and rear calipers are 11.3mm wide. Thank you for the responses. I can now order rebuild parts.

Now my next question....

The front suspension is looking like it was for a SWB car. My car is a 1971 911E. Yes this car is full of surprises.
Can the later control arms bolt up to the older steering rack and crossmember?
Would I get any benefit from trying to source a complete front suspension from a later car or is the SWB sufficient?
