Question Part between the two rear tins

Hella Fellas,

So, I was wondering what is the part or part number for the piece that goes between the two rear tins for a 3.2?

The gap between tins 15 & 18 ( 911S but pictured for reference )

TIA

Jim

I think they connect together, no gap in between:

I am talking about that middle piece, it appears to be a rubber piece/part.

If you look at the second picture, the red arrow goes across it for the oil Pressure Sensor.

Brother Jim... looking at '79-930 tin set up. (Is not in final position due to engine mount.)

Hmmmm, from what I can tell, that red arrow (pointing to the oil pressure sensor) in the second picture is going across the TDC sensor 911-606-108-00 (NLA).

Whether the TDC sensor is sitting in a separate carrier, or that whole thing is the TDCS I can't tell - from looking at images of the sensor itself. Or am I way off?

On edit,
the TDC sensor sits in a bracket 930 101 191 02

Doh.

Ding Ding Ding, Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. STEELY hit it right on the head!

I just remembered I had Tony Calas at Calas Rennsport do a TDC sensor delete as it was no longer used. I did not realize that meant removal of the rubber block, Oh well, now I know.

I think I will make something up to block it up from a piece of rubber.

Thanks again Brothers!

oh cool, how about that, I'd heard it was just as useful as an appendix. An NLA you won't have to worry about.
