How/with what were those oil tubes cleaned with?

I used steam and gasoline on mine. It's scary what comes out but it works quite well.

Just curious, why would you use the trombone cooler? I think that color is much better than drab olive.

I was thinking that, it's classic but nowhere near as effective as a good fluidyne oil cooler (or similar).

Especially considering the hot rod engine that's going in. I'm sure he knows better. Probably has something up his sleeve like dual front coolers.
