1982sc cam timing values in waynes book

Why does the 1982 sc have two different cam timing values depending on the engine #?

1978-1983sc 930/04-/10 is 0.9-1.1

1978-1983sc 930/03-/17 is 1.4-1.7

If one of these values were set incorrectly (in other words reversed) how much would that effect performance?

Thanks

Hi there..the bottom number 930/60.... are for Turbo..it could be a misprint in that Wayne book -i have never seen it ...For your engine you should go by 930/16 so the 1,4-1,7
