Help...can't source TTS terminal connectors
My TTS wiring connectors are toast. The OEM connectors are 0.250" and 0.312" female flag (90 degree) connectors. I can find a 0.250" on line but no 0.312" connector.
Anyone else run into this, or have a good solution? Thanks |

I'm having the same issue for several corroded connectors in the engine compartment. I'm looking for 0.312" flag (90 degree) female quick disconnects that are insulated. So basically I am looking for the ones on this page that Timmy2 suggested, but I also need insulated sleeves, which the company does not have:
Motorcycle Flag Terminals Any suggestions on where to purchase? I feel like i've tried everywhere including places like Digikey. Any input would be much appreciated. |

Scroll down on this page. The black ones fit the larger .312 terminals as well as the .250.
You may need to trim them just a little as they run long covering the terminals. Insulator sleeves

Thanks. Don't know why I didn't think of that. I guess I could also just get some heat shrink tubing.
It looks like these connectors use a special crimping tool. Do you suggest I get that? If so, from where? |

I just finished redoing the terminals on my '82. Got the terminals from Cycleterminal as timmy2 suggests and used heat shrink for insulation.
For crimping, you need an open barrel crimp tool...less than $20 off Amazon. |
