I would pony up a few hundred bucks for this easily.

Good day Tony,

I'm looking forward to this class and I'd like to start getting organized with my flight plans, local transportation, and accommodations.

If I recall you are about 30 minutes north of Philly?

What hotel would you recommend close to where the sessions are being held?

Where can I get a real Philly cheese steak?

What are some other good restaurants?

Let me know if there's anything I can do to make this easier for ya. (I'm coming in Sunday prior and can help setup/clean if need)

Kevin et al,

My wife is preparing a list of hotels and restaurants near the venue (19401). I will include this list to the email I will be sending out to each and every participants. Anyone arriving the day before the first day is welcome to stop by and take a look at the classroom and set up. Or someone organize a group outing for dinner like we did before. Any assistance is welcome. Thanks.

Tony

Hi Tony,
I'm also interested in attending one of your classes. Can you advise what engine(s) you'll be working on? Thanks! Mike

Tony gave zip code 19401. It's a pretty small area.

JeffShoots 02-04-2020 07:42 PM

Can we please get a California or Reno Nevada Class? Something on the West Coast?

For those of you attending the April 16-17 class, I booked the Marriott Springhill Suites. Google says it痴 2.5 miles away. $205 total for both nights. Address is 430 Plymouth Road, Plymouth Meeting, PA, 19462. I知 looking forward to class and meeting my classmates. Best, Lee

Tony is that the right address? I only see houses at that location (or maybe Google is taking me to the wrong one). Let us know....

Marc,

The address is correct. 302 E. Brown Street, Norristown, PA 19401. The original plan was to have the venue in the same building we had in 2018. But the owner of the building has informed me that the property is for sale and a new owner is eminent. He could not guarantee me the availability of the room in April and May.

A decision was made to relocate the Engine Rebuilding Classes to a place I could secure for April and May. After discussing this with my family, I was given the go ahead by my wife to have it at home. We have a two-car garage and soon-to-be a three-car garage. There is plenty of room and the chance to test run a motor. I was not allowed to run a gas driven motor in the old place due to insurance restriction.

Right now, work is being done to renovate and build an extension for additional floor space. I have 5 motors available now for the class. See everyone in spring.
