Thanks all. Combination of soaking - 5 days, turning with a wrench with BFH, and turning while tapping the nut.

Anyone recognize the bolt/nut on the right?
The head is 7/8 inch, and the nut is 11/16th. Notice how much more surface/contact area there is in the shoulder that fits into the swing arm.

New hardware will be here on the 28th from our host. ($62.50 each, for the eccentrics - ouch)

Nice work. I was cheap and just reused mine. You will probably have to take a wire brush to the inside of the trailing arm where the bolts slot into.

Moderator - thanks for moving this - I didn't notice the placement until yesterday.
I'm usually the one who shouts back - 'Hey - you're in the wrong forum'.

So does anyone recognize the bolt on the right?

Thanks Sal.
My 911s are/have been Bahia Red, Peru Red and Guards Red.
So I purposely held out for a color other than RED!!!
It's a fair 10-footer that's been re-sprayed 3 times in three different hues of silver. But, as mentioned, still very presentable.

That bolt is a Welmeister sway bar link adaptor.

BTW, unless WM has upgraded the rear hardware, the lower drop link threaded bolt is a relatively puny 5/16" socket head bolt. Probably ok on a relative lighter early 911, but may be compromised on SC/Carerra models..

Tarrett and ER hardware/drop link hardware appear to be 3/8" or metric equiv.

FWIW,
Sherwood

I always felt the same way about that bolt going into the alignment eccentric. As dainty as it seems, the weak link (literally, not a pun) that I have seen is the sliding bracket that attaches the drop link. It breaks at the welds highlighted in red

That's why I got rid of the WM and went back to the factory dogbones.
