Control arm removing

I'm not really sure how to removed the a arm from the crossbar.. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Is from a 1968 912.

I use a torch and burn it out.
Put the crossmember in a vise and heat with a torch while wiggling the A-arm.

Thanks, I did used a torch and try to pry it out ... won't move.. I think i will keep trying heat and see.
