Don't all laugh at once, but I am in need of a section of the longitudinal from under the battery area. I purchased a project car that I thought was solid only to find out that the damage had been covered with fiberglass. I have been searching for a replacement piece without any luck. AA is the only place that sells a new piece which is way over priced and you never know what you are going to get from them. I am hoping that someone has this piece from a cut up car. Does anyone know where I might find this part or any advice on other ways to repair this?

Also, Pelican does carry sheet metal. If you don't see the part listed in the on-line catalog, call 888/280-7799 and describe what you need. Chances are pretty decent that we can get it for you, and significantly cheaper than AA.
