WTB; Front Sway Bar
Hi guys; I, as most of you know, have a '74 1.8L that is now running and being driven. I'm looking for a 19mm front sway bar (Weltmeister?) with drop links for the car. If you have a nice one to sell, please pm me. Thanks!

How about one that's better than Weltmeister?
Porsche 914, 914-6 (1970-1976) - Suspension, Shocks & Springs - Page 4 (Funny, we used to carry WM in the catalog, but I can't find it right now. I bet we can get it, though. You can always call up Glenn in the Parts department and ask.) If your car does not have factory sway bars, get the "does require gas tank removal" mounting kit. The kit that doesn't require tan removal is not worthwhile. And you'll need the tab kit for your A-arms, unless the arms have tabs already on them. At least this way you'll know you have brand-new parts... --DD

Hi, Dave! The reason for my post is because I've been told the Weltmeister bar is out of production??? When I had the gas tank out I installed the Welt reinforcement kit on the inner fenders (wheelhouse), so that's done. I have a control arm tab kit (the bolt on kind) in stock, so I was hoping to find a used bar...
I know the Tarett is top-notch, but it's just too expensive when compared to what my car is worth!
