Speed sensor connector

Anyone know if its possible to just replace the connector on a speed sensor lead?

Mine has broken and works it way loose from the other connection point. Nothing is wrong with speed sensor end of the lead itself.

Do you know what they are called or what the part number may be?

You can ask our host here, I believe 022906233B is the item you are looking for and it seems they have it in stock. Or you can buy a complete repair kit from 944 Online.

I've used a cheapo volvo sensor to get a connector like this, have to splice it on though. $8 or so for a Volvo 240 one.

Wow that 944Online kit is quite over priced...

If you just need the harness side, not the sensor side:

It's the male side on mine that has broken. I think I've found this item on ebay, which seems to have both male and female side for a reasonable amount
