Well I fixed the problem...here are the symptoms - take a guess what the fix was...
BTW: the cut-out was so abrupt the rear tires would actually screetch at 15 lbs boost car dies in higher rpms (not sure of rpm as things get real blurry accelrating that fast) at 7lbs the car dies at 6200 rpm - exactly and every time no matter what gear at 12 lbs the car dies at 4600 rpm - exaclty and every time no matter what gear at 12 lbs and a 5 psi increase of fuel pressure (via FPR) car dies at 4200 rpm. So what was it? Hint: I fixed it in less than a minute |

I can't give it up that easily - I spent most of the days and nights of last week thinking about it...lol

DME relay...if you can believe it. I guess it couldn't support the current the S2 fuel pump demanded at high volumes.

OK but once you discovered the DME problem, how'd you fix it?

Yeah, how did you fix it? Is the relays all the same or is there a stronger one that can take more current? Or did you put a new relay in the back? I am running a Walbro 255LPH pump in my car, supposedly much more flow than the stock N/A pump.

The updated part is a 993 part # - should be stronger than the old 951 part
