Easier way to connect vacuum line under intake?

There is a vacuum line that goes under the intercooler to intake pipe that is essentially on the intake, and it is rediculously difficult to get a vacuum line onto it.

Is there an easier way?

Thanks!

Small magical elves. Seriously..... Either that or gumby. Unfortunatly in the real world, you may have to loosen or remove the intake, attach it and rebolt the intake. Someone may have found a better way.

This is the one under the throttle body at the front, right? Hook everything else up, sit the intake in place but don't bolt it down yet. Lift slightly, hook up the vacuum line and then re-seat the intake and bolt everything down. It's not that hard. The hardest thing is that infernal 10mm bolt holding the oil dipstick in place.
