So I can't drive my 944 until I do the belts and head gasket job in about two weeks. But, I realized I could clean it and take some pictures. Not the best, but she looks pretty darn good for a 23 year old car, I think.

stiffer springs, sway bars and new koni shocks have helped

Bodywork has commenced. New fenders are being painted soon, new front valence, new fog lights, etc etc...

Anyone successfully get the rear inside tire to leave the ground on an autox track? Any pics?

1984, as bought 9/09 for $1500 in Cailfornia. No rust, 88,000 miles, came with Momo wheels and steering wheel. Good runner, needed two new tires and $300 in back registration. Receipts for new clutch and timing belt at 84,000 miles. Guy bought a Boxster and put it out in the street. No charge for faded paint. Passed smog with flying colors.

After a certain age you start putting future dates on things. Balances out all those checks made out with previous year dates. Evens things out in the end.

VDO... was that bridge pic taken in St John NB? I had to look it up on Google...looked a lot like the "World's Longest covered Bridge" in Hartland NB

pretty close. i took apart some serious interior just to sort out what the PO had done with the stereo equipment.

All I wanted to do was install a new multi media system in. Then I found 3 loose power wires left over from some PO so I decided to do it right.

Im from Melbourne and am the current Spacecoast Region president. I have been to several Citrus events so you may have seem me there, or Daytona as you correctly surmised or on the forums too.
