Odd picture request - 944 late dash without cover

I know this is an odd request, but if someone has a late dash without the cover on it, could they please send me a pic?

Thanks,
Ross.

Does anyone know how to get the shift cap off the shifter to get the leather boot off?

Remove the base around console and pull the leather up and over the shifter. At this point, there is a clip that holds the shift knob onto the stalk that just snaps off and then the shifter will slide right off.

See the clip in this photo at the very bottom of the shifter:

Yes, but without the cover on it. Looking to see what the underlying frame looks like.

Sorry, I thought you meant one of those fabric dash covers.

I would guess the bare dash framework would conform pretty closely to the shape of the plastic outer shell. It seems like it's just a metal shell with plastic put on.

I've seen photos in posts (either here or on Clark's) of people re-doing dashes. It's been quite a long time (2-3 years) since that came up.

Now that I think about it, there was a thread here in the last year or so of someone who did a home-brew version (re-coated it with some kinda resin) that looked pretty decent - that had pictures.
