968 caster block upgrade

I have looked over my suspension and would like to upgrade the control arm inner rear mount. Does anyone know if the 968 upgrade (951.341.023.01 M260)fits series 1 cars? TIA

Pretty sure an aftermarket company makes a Delrin or PU version for the early cars that will be cheaper..

Methinks the 968 units are for Al arms only. You might consider Prothane poly bushings. . .$25 will refresh all bushings on both sides (after you enjoy the heck out of removing the factory rear).

P.S. You are looking for Prothane Rabbit/Golf Mark I

I'm doing the prothane bushings Rasta, just wanted to clean up the mushy rubber bushing in the control arm inner rear mount. What about Fastech? Anyone know about them?

Hmm, not following. The Prothane set comes with a poly bushing for the rear "castor" mount.
