Porsche Crest How to replace odemeter gears????

were are they located how long to replace how do you replace them and wear do you get the gear.

Also, for a good, detailed right up, with pictures, check out Rennbay.com. They have a tutorial on odometer gear changes. Their write up is on a 928, but once you get the gauge cluster out, everything is the same. I did this last month, and the whole process only took about an hour.
