So would you go as far as to say that he needs to winkler it up a little bit and then see if it works? If that doesn't work he could try to henry it? As long as he doesn't roger it we'll be okay. Roger: english slang for buggering

I have a motor if that ends up being the problem. My window broke and I needed the little plastic disc off the control arm. Mine decayed and fell apart causing the window to fall into the door. I bought a whole assembly, and did not use the motor. The plastic clip is riveted in and the purchase was useless . I had my brother make a replica out of metal, and tack welded it on to my arm, and it works fine.. long story for no reason, but I have a motor collecting dust.
