Where are these supposed to be going?

Just purchased my 951 last weekend and was investigating a slapping noise coming from the timing belt cover when I notice this.
The noise turns out to be a loose balance shaft belt... But I'm still curious as to why these aren't either connected to something or plugged off.

They are metal hard lines for vacuum. It appears that they have been bypassed with the blue vacuum hoses.

those are your hard vacume lines that go to your cyclic valve for stock boost control.
A: they could have been bypassed for a manual boost controller / electronic after market boost controller.
B: they were bypassed to use silicon hoses.

Well there is an MBC installed, thanks for the response. It's nice that someone else put the money into the car, but this is what I hate about it. Not having had the experience of doing it myself and not learning what things are and aren't.
