964 C2 front sway bar mount broken?
The front sway bar bushing mount ripped out of the control arm at this weekends AX event. The front clip pulled right out leaving just the bolt holding it in place until it finally came completely apart.
Has any one had this happen to them and is there an improved setup vs the clip and bolt bracket? I would think something so critical should have 2 bolts instead of a clip holding it in place.

I'm guessing the bolt came loose first....

Actually the bolts were fine and torqued down. The front clip of the mount just pulled away from the control arm. The bracket itself was all out of shape.
