964 3.6 A/C & engine bracket delete?
I have seen that many just cut their A/C bracket & put it back on and also use the original engine bracket as well. Why? Easy fix?
Must i use these or can i make my own & just use the original mounting points? Dropping a 3.6 in to a 911 from -71 will probably not allow the use of these brackets anyway. I haven't come so far just yet. But even if it will fit the plan is to make a custom bracket & delete the two original ones. Any thoughts from the more experienced crowd ![]() ![]() |

Why go through all that hassle?
Just use the console and mount from your year. It bolts right in. Here is the 95 3.6 in my 74 911. Easy. ![]()
