Exactly. A #3 SC is valued at $37k. I’ll take five!

I then passed him and promptly ran him into the ditch with my boat nearly. He passed us again with the 5.0 liter motor and this time chucked a ball point pen and nearly hit my lady through the open window. Again I asked for an egg and to my surprise, I got one! Last exit up into the Alps he got into the lane and slowed due to traffic. As I pulled up along side he was still talking sh-t. I told the lady to lean back, and with precision aim at say 20-30 mph splattered the egg on his neck, all with my Armani sunglasses on. By then he was in the exit with no recourse, so we proceeded with the lovely drive up into the beautiful Canadian Alps. Road rage isn't a good thing, but safer in Canada without the guns! Read today a little boy killed in US on the road in a car from a stray road rage bullet. Road rage doesn't happen here anymore due to extremely tough laws legislated against it in recent years. It rarely ever happened in the past anyway. No guns here either. Just a Canada story for you.

Pretty close although the condition of the 88 is far better, at least from what can be seen in the photos.

I wouldn't consider these two a good market comparison.

That’s such a big premium for a g50 gear box. Got to be $20k+ over a 915 in the same layup (black on black, quality driver miles)

Absolutely right! It amazes me how a g50 tranny commands such a premium. I love my 915. I had a g50 with my old 964 and really can’t ever tell much difference other than slightly slower and more deliberate shifts from one gear to the next. But honestly, a well set up 915 is a pleasure, and very rewarding to drive.

You can't compare the 2 but either is fine depending on what you want from the car. On track the 915 is way too slow but you can't really power shift a G50 either. Slow shifts makes it harder to rev match but I find most street drivers don't bother.

Totally agree, Cobalt. I think the run up in G50s is a great leading indicator of where all the other Gs get to. That car reaches its high water mark (saying nothing about near term step backs) and then the rest of the G body marker backfills in behind it.

Quite possibly the best show I’ve ever seen. We had floor seats for the show. It was at the Warfield theatre in SF and was filmed for PBS. Really an amazing night.

After a few more songs, Neil Young came on stage eating a bunch of strawberries. The place was literally shaking. They then performed together for another hour and a half. It was the most exciting concert I've ever seen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8UZ95YZZ1SE
