I converted a 1997 KLX300 & 2000 XR650R to street legal plate few years back.

I have a trail head about 3/4 mile from my driveway and rode the powerlines within 10 mile radius of my house.
Many local families that used to ride the same powerline trails with kids on their dirt bikes.

Since 2014, the local LEOs have cracked down on the local trail usage.
I've since sold my dual sport machines, just ride (pedal) mt. bikes on the trails.
The good ol'days:

That sucks... I got asked not to return to a favorite series of sand pits on my 1967 Bridgestone 175 once. Didn't like it at all.

And now for something completely different

Spotted in Rothensburg Germany where pavers eat tires that size.

GF's Honder. It's a PCX150. The bigger wheels sure help.

This is a 1964 MV Agusta GTL 125. I don't have this one running yet. It was in a collection for a number of years. I've added oil, cleaned the carb, bought a fresh 6V battery but have not added fuel. I want a fresh spark plug and it should fire right up.

I will be at the Vegas motorcycle auctions next week. Anyone else going?

Anything Italian is usually pretty cool!

Looks like they borrowed the design from Ducati’s Diavel. Interesting look...but not for me.

A few years ago bought a Honda 750 w/ production date of 1969 - that was a ball of junk, engine locked up but all there and had a title. Paid $1K for it and literally dragged it up on the guys trailer to get it back to my garage ( part of the deal). 2 weeks later sold it to a guy in Italy via Ebay for $2700. For those in the know, it was not a sandcast case or wrinkle tank but still very valuable.

Which BTW, I think they are sexy like the blue one above.

Was looking at this one last night. 22 hours left in the auction. $1,550 buy it now.

Located in Pennsylvania.

As a departure from the factory - not a bad livery. Gives it an updated look.

I love Interceptors - and would love to have this one. But with 6 already - I really don't have the room for another. I did think about keeping it inside the house though.

1989 Honda VTR250 Interceptor MC15
